A tile is missing or chipped

Every set comes with six Blanks: mark one to stand in for a lost tile and keep playing. Then write to help@tessameregames.com with a photo of the tile, and we will help.

Caring for your tiles

• Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water and a drop of mild dish soap. Dry before storing.
• Never use alcohol, acetone, bleach, window cleaner or scouring pads. They cloud and crack acrylic.
• Keep hard plastic edges off the tile faces, and do not drag tiles face down across hard surfaces.
• Keep the set out of direct sun and hot cars.
• If the bag smells new when you unpack it, let it air for a day.

The League card

American mahjong is played to a card of winning hands from the National Mah Jongg League. A new card comes out every spring and the hands change, so it is sold separately, by the League, at nationalmahjonggleague.org.

Racks that fit

Our mahjong tiles are 1.0 in wide, larger than most. A wall of 19 tiles needs racks 19.7 in long or longer.
